Loredana Vuoto, President
Loredana Vuoto is a speechwriter, editor and columnist. She is founder of the Washington-based speechwriting company, Eloquence. Ms. Vuoto has worked extensively on Capitol Hill. She was a speechwriter for Assistant Secretary Wade Horn at the Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (2004-2006). She was assistant national editor and an editorial writer at The Washington Times (2003-2004). She was a coalitions assistant conducting voter outreach among minorities and a speechwriter for Senator Rick Santorum (2001-2003). Her numerous articles and reviews have appeared in publications such as The Washington Times, The Weekly Standard, National Review, Crisis and Human Events. Jeffrey T. Kuhner, Senior Writer
Jeffrey T. Kuhner is a historian, editor and columnist in Washington D.C. He is editor-in-chief of Insight On the News--an investigative political magazine for which he also writes a weekly column. Mr. Kuhner is a regular contributor to the Commentary pages of The Washington Times and to Human Events Online . He was assistant national editor at The Times (2000-2003). He taught modern American history at McGill University (1998-2000). He has written articles for National Review Online, Human Events, The New York Sun, Investor’s Business Daily, The National Post and the New Oxford Review. He has appeared on numerous television programs, such as The O'Reilly Factor and Countdown with Keith Oberman. He is known for his outstanding oratory. Dr. Grace Vuoto, Senior Writer
Dr. Grace Vuoto is the Founder of the Edmund Burke Institute (EBI) and currently directs the daily and long-term operations of the organization. Dr. Vuoto is a professor, scholar and columnist. She was Assistant Professor of Modern British and European History at Howard University in Washington, D.C. (2002-2006). She also taught at Virginia Commonwealth University (2001-2002) and McGill University (1996-2000). She has won numerous awards and scholarships: The James McGill Award, 1989, and 1990; The FCAR M.A. Scholarship, 1993; The FCAR Ph.D. Scholarship, 1993-1997; The Howard Honors Travel Grant (twice in 2004) and The Howard University New Faculty Research Grant (2004-2006). She is distinguished for her outstanding teaching and has been nominated by her students several times to appear in Who's Who of America's Teachers. She is a regular contributor to the The Washington Times and Insight on the News. She has also written articles or book reviews for Human Events and The Ripon Forum. Franco Rozza, PMP, Business Writer & Analyst 
Franco Rozza is a business professional with 10 years experience in project management and business process consulting. He specializes in systems integration and implementation services. He is currently a freelance business consultant: he helps small businesses articulate their objectives by crafting business plans, strategies, mission and vision statements, code of ethics, motivational speeches and any other document they need. Franco was Marketing and Public Relations Liaison at Chic-Tex (2005-2006), where he advanced the image of the company and endorsed the viability of the firm by designing inspired company literature, company press kits, marketing plans, scripts and slogans for advertising, websites and tradeshows. He was Engagement Manager at IBM (2004-2005) and Project Manager/Professional Services Consultant at the NSB Group (1997-2004), where he enhanced business analysis and set procedural guidelines by creating standard project documents, performance tracking reports, functional design documentation, powerpoint presentations, and training material. Charles Rousseaux, Science, Environment & Healthcare Writer
Charles Rousseaux is a scientist by training and communications specialist by trade. He has written speeches and articles for a wide range of public officials and audiences, especially in science, environment and healthcare policy. Mr. Rousseaux most recently served as a speechwriter for Robert “Mike” Duncan, Chairman of the Republican National Committee (2008). Previously, he was a senior writer at NASA, where he wrote for both top officials and astronauts (2007-2008). He also served as a senior speechwriter to Health and Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt (2005-2007). His first presidential appointment was as a speechwriter to Interior Secretary Gale Norton (2004-2005). Prior to working in government, Mr. Rousseaux served as the lead writer for science and technology for the editorial board of The Washington Times (2002-2004). There he won an award for local column writing among the largest circulation newspapers in the Maryland-Delaware-D.C. region.
